David Jones is the Chair of DVLA. He previously held Non-Executive Director roles at Ofcom and Ofwat, and previously at several other public bodies including NHS Trusts. He was the founder and CEO of Travelink Software, founder of Enclave Networks and Chair of TigerBay systems, and is experienced in many roles supporting software companies at various stages of their growth. David was the Industry Champion at CyBOK, promoting the use of the CyBOK framework amongst UK’s non-executive directors.
