About the event
This session will take a practical look at the Cyber Governance Code of Practice, focusing on People and Culture. We'll discuss what the board needs to know and do about cyber security skills, culture and overall capability in your organisation. We'll also touch on leadership dynamics, and how your board can support cyber security staff to be even more effective.
This session is designed for NEDs and trustees, although it may be of interest to senior executive leaders and those who support boards. It will be held under Chatham House rules.
Speakers: The CxB team with Caroline Rivett
Caroline Rivett is a cyber security advisor, non executive director and Audit Committee Chair. She is a former Big Four cyber security consulting partner with 25 years' experience. Whilst at KPMG she was the global cyber security lead for life sciences and accountable for data privacy services. Caroline is currently the Audit Chair at the Royal College of Nursing and for NHS Sussex and is a trustee in other healthcare and legal services organisations. She continuing to consult in cyber security.
