Cyber, AI and beyond: What skillset does your next NED really need?
What kind of NED appointment would best address your technology skills gaps - and would the right candidate be interested in joining your board, anyway?

About the event
Bolstering technology expertise on the board isn't always straightforward. Whilst cyber security is usually a top risk and a common board skill gap, AI and digital development may also be priorities. So what is most important: someone with the expertise to provide high-quality oversight, or a generalist able to contribute across many topics? What kinds of candidates will your board realistically be able to attract? And how should non-technical appointment committees assess candidates' expertise?
Who should attend: CxB webinars are designed for NEDs and executive board members, although may also be of interest to those who support boards.
