About us
CxB is a non-profit network which supports boards and non-executive directors to exercise effective oversight of cyber security.
We were founded in 2023 by four experienced NEDs who were concerned to see a lack of board engagement with cyber security risk, and technology risk more broadly. We believe that cyber governance is now a required discipline for all boards, and will remain so into the future.
Today the CxB community comprises representatives of well over 400 boards from all sectors and organisation sizes. We provide peer insights, training, assessment and mentoring, and work closely with government and other groups that support boards.
